VINCENT. Kelly Sewell, founder of SUCCES Services at Vincent, has found that helping others can be very rewarding at an early age.

Sewell Small Business appeared in the final season of Big Heart, an inspiring online Deluxe series created in partnership with Truist Financial Corporation and a technology business company. The series turns small businesses into their communities.

In Section 12, Sewell talks about her passion for helping people with disabilities and how she inspires her clients' everyday experiences.

Throughout the episode, Sewell finds his passion and talks about his inspiration for starting SUCCES Services while helping the disabled daughter of a family friend.

"I took care of Michelle while her mother worked, " she said.

She did this for over two years, and then after graduating from high school, she began working as a full-time nurse.

“I worked with local companies for 17 years, but after a while I was offered an agency license ,” he said.

SUCCES began providing assistance, compassion and support to people with disabilities in 2005. The organization's 27 employees provide local support to 23 people, ranging from a few hours a week to 24/7 support.

“Customers can get something when we get a lot more from us, ” Sewell said. "It's very rewarding... I love seeing the joy and progress of clients and it inspires me to keep working for many years to come."

Sewall explained that disability or not, everyone struggles with something.

"I've never been able to have children for medical reasons, but taking care of clients over the years has made me feel complete and irresponsible, " she said.

Sewell said he wants more people to have the full experience of helping others.

"When people see a change in another, I think they change too."

He worked with Deluxe Truist to select small business owners who had a reputation for returning to their communities.

“Deluxe was grateful to join Small Business, Big Heart Season 2 Truist to showcase the passion and perseverance of its customers,” said Erica Adams, Director of Communications at Deluxe. "This content helps inform small business owners across the country about the life of a small business that requires inspiration and knowledge."

Adams said Sewell is one inspiring example of a small business owner who is driven by compassionate investments in their community.
